Gannon says a common issue for brides is inadvertently skipping meals due to jitters and a hectic schedule. “Don’t let nerves and stress keep you from getting enough nutrients and water throughout the week [before your wedding]. Carry a bottle of water with you and pack extra snacks to be prepared,” Gannon says.
